This Privacy Policy explains how Vecheram Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use Easy Pitch, our mobile ear-training and vocal pitch-coaching application.

Information We Collect

Account Information

If you sign in, Firebase Authentication may provide us with your user ID, email address, display name, and authentication provider details. We use this information to identify your account, manage purchases or subscriptions, and process deletion requests.

Practice and Settings Data

Easy Pitch stores practice-related data such as sessions, attempts, daily missions, mastery estimates, reminder settings, vocal range, preferred key, and app settings in a local SQLite database on your device. This local practice history is not automatically uploaded to our servers.

Microphone and Pitch Data

Easy Pitch requests microphone permission so it can listen while you sing a target note and estimate pitch, volume, and stability. The app uses this information to show coach feedback such as "on note", "a little higher", "a little lower", or "we didn't hear you". Microphone input is processed locally for pitch detection and is not sent to our servers for analysis.

Analytics and Diagnostics

If analytics are enabled, we may collect event data such as app start, onboarding completion, microphone permission result, session start/end, sing-back attempt summaries, mission completion, reminder interactions, purchase completion, and subscription start. We use this information to understand app reliability and improve the practice experience. Crashlytics may collect crash reports, device information, operating system version, and diagnostic logs needed to fix bugs.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by app-store providers such as Google Play Billing and, where available, Apple. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. Our backend may store purchase identifiers, product IDs, subscription status, expiry information, and related metadata needed to grant access, prevent fraud, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Easy Pitch may schedule local notifications on your device and may use Firebase Cloud Messaging for supported notification flows. Notification registration data and reminder interaction data may be processed to deliver and improve reminders.

How We Use Information

• Provide the core pitch-coaching and daily mission experience.
• Save local settings and practice progress on your device.
• Authenticate users and manage account deletion requests.
• Validate purchases and subscriptions.
• Send reminders if you enable them.
• Measure app performance, reliability, and feature usage when analytics are enabled.
• Comply with legal, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and security obligations.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate Easy Pitch. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
• Google Play Billing for Android purchases and subscriptions.
• Apple services for iOS distribution and purchases where the app is available on iOS.

Data Retention

Local practice history remains on your device until you clear it in the app, uninstall the app, reset the device, or the operating system removes app data. Account and purchase records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, manage purchases, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and complete account deletion workflows.

Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Easy Pitch account at /account-deletion. The tool asks you to sign in with your Google account, schedules deletion after a grace period, and lets you cancel by signing in again before the deletion is completed.

Account deletion removes the Firebase Auth account and user-owned server data associated with that account, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, or security reasons. Local practice history on your device is separate from server account deletion; use the app's clear history setting or uninstall the app to remove local data.

Your Choices and Rights

• You can deny microphone permission, but pitch-coaching features require it.
• You can disable analytics where the app exposes an analytics setting.
• You can clear local practice history from the app settings when available.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data by contacting us.
• You may have additional rights under GDPR, Israeli privacy law, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable laws.

Children

Easy Pitch is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law to use app-store services without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children where parental consent is required. If you believe a child provided us personal data, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms and provider safeguards for international transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Easy Pitch changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or website.
